CLO report (Thursday)

Mark Sanzone and Ray Berger got the fly of the day yesterday. They were up for more than an hour and were able to cross the gap to the cape. I should have launch earlier right after Mark and Ray. I flew twice yesterday (3/29/18 Thursday) in a very light condition. 1st flight from 4:45 to 5:20 (almost 40 mins). Highest I got was about 250ft above launch, too low to cross the gap to the cape to join Ray. Sunset flight was a sledder .

2.5 hrs Cape Lookout 3/28/18

Cape Lookout 3/28/18 Wednesday report: 
I flew from 4 to 7:30 today with two hangs John Coyier, Revy and two pgs Mark Sanzone and Issac. Maximum altitude around 1,800ft after 6pm (most of the time between 1,000 to 1,300ft) . One of the most easy day fly to the end of the Cape. Today forecast similar like yesterday but high tide is an hour later (today high tide /11am and tomorrow at 12pm). There was no beach yesterday until 3pm so I think best time to fly tomorrow probably between 4 to sunset. It was quite windy at Tillamook and the beach was blowing (NW 10+mph) when I arrived around 1:30pm. However , it wasn't windy at launch . Trees were not moving with almost zero wind at launch. It got a bit better after 4pm. Hopefully, today
