Peterson Butte 4/13/18 Friday the 13th

Neil  and l arrived launch at 11:30am. The wind were blowing 30-35mph. Recheck again at 12 and it was blowing 25-28mph. There is a new 3ft tall non-electric wire fence installed  behind the wind sock that run from the building to the upper east hill  (see pics in the attachment). We must cross over the fence to launch now.
