Where to learn Hang Gliding in Pacific Northwest:
It was really fun soaring the whole Chehalem ridge with 4 PGs (Eric M, Rod R, Nick F, Josh) in smooth but windy conditions this afternoon. Approx 15-18 mph at launch but dead calm wind at the Johnson farm LZ. Maximum altitude 700ft (2,100ft MSL) above launch. I flew from 12:50 to 3:15pm. Big thanks to Nick for giving us a ride to retrieve. Stay tuned for video and pics.
