Where to learn Hang Gliding in Pacific Northwest:

Dog Mountain (Glenoma, WA) 6/13/19 report:
High winds (20+mph) out from the west at Dog today. l launched at 4 pm after Travis and Robin Briejer into gusty, windy conditions. It was an easy climb up to 800 ft above launch as was the travel to Elk across the river and south side of the Back Bowl. Robin Briejer flew down to the Cliff (miles pass Elk down the lake) a couple of times and made it to the radio towers behind launch. I was able to reach the Panorama ridge (North of Hwy 12) around 7pm at 3,500ft and planned on flying west to Morton airport, but the headwind was much too strong so I turned around. Nearly 3.5 hrs of flying, I made my landing at the Dog patch.
