Hang gliding at Moolack Beach, Newport, OR Feb 10th 2017
I arrived Moolack Beach parking lot at 11:55am. Blue sunny sky with a lot of white fluffy clouds and wind is coming straight west 15-20mph. There's a tiny spot that maybe big enough for cross wind landing at the beach on the south side. The parking lot (pic below) looks big enough for landing too if there's no car.

Flight report:
Moolack site was awesome today. Big thanks to Craig D who came out to give us a site intro and provide launch assistance as well. As predicted the winds were strong blowing from WSW between 20-25 mph most of the time in the afternoon. I got almost 2 hours of airtime, reaching up to 500ft above launch a few times (I think launch is less than 50ft AGL). I launched first at 3:15 and landed at 5pm. Greg launched around 4pm then followed Gabe. All of us had nice soaring flights,
The weather doesn't look good tomorrow so I'm driving back home tonight.
