Oceanside report:
I arrived Oceanside at 2pm, saw hang pilots Neil Clark and Ray Berger were above launch cruising around between Happy Camp to Oceanside. It was still windy at that time (13 to 15mph SW) with few squalls approaching. They landed after over an hour flight.
When few Pgs Steve Carpentier and l ready to launch around 3:30pm, the winds were very calm so we got a sledders. On my 2nd flight, the wind had increased a little when we ready to launch. Neil, few PGs and myself launched into a barely soarable conditions on our 2nd flight around 5pm. Few Pgs headed straight to the beach and Neil showed me it was soarable in front of launch. It was barely soarable between launch to the 3nd house on the left. We flew for about 30 mins.
