I got home at 1am last night. Dog was very good over the weekend. Yesterday (Sunday), my first flight was over an hour flying with Stas and Alan, and my second flight lasted over 3 hrs; 5:15 to 8:30 pm.  Multiple trips were made to Elk reached altitude of 3,900ft , then to the Cliffs going further down to the lake and passed the bridge and crossed the lake to Hwy 12 , back bowl, and Radio Towers....   The condition was switchy and very gusty at launch with wind speed at 15-25+ mph NW and sometimes North all day through sunset (only 8 hangs flew). I think everyone launch west.  PG Evan (from White Salmon, Oregon) waited till sunset and didn't get to fly due to conditions being too strong.  4 Portland PGs came Saturday and got skunked too. Many PGs missed out flying Dog, which is expected during this time of the year with strong conditions.  Also, a common sight is seeing the lake filled with white capes in the morning and blowing 15+ mph at the LZ.
