July 27th, 2018 (Friday) report:
Great evening flight with two hang gliders Kory McEniry and Travis. I launched first at 7pm and flew for almost two hrs. There were an abundant lifts at Elk that climbed up to 3,200ft/ 975 meter (1,200ft/ 365 meter above launch). The winds didn't turn north but Travis made it to Radio Tower and came to Elk later with Kory. Took off on west launch and landed in light SW direction at 8:45pm.

7/28/18 (Sat) Dog Mt flight report:
I hiked up two times and flew twice yesterday. Launched early afternoon at 1:15PM with Travis in strong SW winds and we flew for about 1.5 hrs. Maximum altitude 400ft /120 meter above launch , couple trips to the back bowl and one trip to Elk but didn't feel any lifts at either place. Paul Dees and Rob Andrews flew later in similar conditions for an hour. And than 8 hangs and 3 bags (Travis, Kory McEniry , Larry , Tina Jorgensen, C.J. Sturtevant , Jeff Hemrich, Rob Andrews plus three parargliders Kim Smith, George Sturtevant , myself and Diana Auman ) had an evening flight. I launched at 6:45pm with my flight lasting nearly two hrs. Larry and l went to the Back Bowl to avoid air traffic and we hit 400ft /120 meter above launch. No Elk session last night. Zero wind at landing at 8:45PM
