The forecast was wrong again, as the wind was expected to increase throughout the afternoon but never happened. Many para and hang waiting due to the light and cross wind from NE. Although similar to the conditions of last Tuesday, this time was even worse.
I thought the wind would improve and stabilize late afternoon as I waited along with a few paras for more than an hour at launch. As it turns out, my 3rd flight (launch at 4:30pm) was the best, being the longest lasting at 15 mins.! The first two flights had been only sledders with plenty of sinky air.
